Stock ballast pumps shutting of prematurely

im posting this up for a buddy that is having trouble with his ballast puppies. figured yall could help him out. thanks.

I have a 2007 Mastercraft X1 that has 750 lbs Fly High sacs in rear lockers plumbed (hard tanks have been removed) into the existing stock ballast pumps. My issue is that they are only filling up the sacs a little more than halfway and shutting off. If I turn the switches off and back on again and the pump will run for another 10 or 15 sec and shut themselves off again. I have to use my tsunami pump to fill them up the rest of the way. What is going on? They are reversible pumps and empty the sacs just fine.

He got his answer on Wakeworld. MC's use a timer. He needs to adjust the timer to account for the larger than stock sacs.

I don't blame you for posting here. This is the best boating forum there is. CCFan is second (1st if you have an older CC). All the other manufacturers' forums are further down the pecking order.
