I am adding a second thru hull to supply water to two pumps in my 2000 air. What is the current factory thru hull used? I'd like to supply both pumps with the single thru hull.

      Thanks.

Not sure the exact one their using on the brand new boats but I'm planning on getting one from www.buckalgonquin.com

You can also referrence this install. http://planetnautique.com/vb3/showth...allast-Install SkiKing did a GREAT job at documenting it and he has a few pictures of his through hulls.

          Texasag01,

The ones that skiking used were exactly like mine and Buckalgonquin is the supplier to correct craft. I used their valves too.

              Finished Product

              Guys,

Thanks again for each of your help. Just wanted to follow up with my ballast install. Everything is now in and works great. I’m running factory tanks with 350 lb Fly High V-drive sacks mounted on top of the tanks. I then have a 400 lb bag in the center locker. I’ve left the aerator pumps in the boat to fill the center locker bag but plumbed in 2 new Johnson Ultra Ballast pumps for the rear tanks and sacks. I’ve attached pictures as well as my purchase list below. The guys at WakeMakers were A LOT of help. By the way, the Johnson pumps fill things up REALLY quickly. I took it out yesterday and I can have everything full in about 3-4 minutes.

              Purchase List:
              350lb Fly High V-drive sacks
Johnson Ultra Ballast Reversible Pump (2)
              Ballast Rocker Switch (2)
¾” Bronze Thru Hull Intake (2)
              ¾” Bronze Ball Valve (2)
              ¾” Thread > 1” Hose Barb Fitting (2)
              1” Ballast Hose Black (20ft)
              ¾” Ballast Hose Black (20ft)
1” Stainless Steel Hose Clamp (16)
Fly High ¾ Flow-Rite Quick Release Connect (4)
Fly High ¾” Elbow Flow-Rite Quick Release Connector (4)
Blue Seas Systems ST Blade Fuse Block 6 Circuit w/ Ground
Ancor Marine 10 Gauge Duplex Wire

Also went ahead and replaced the battery switch on the boat with a Perko.

Pumps - I attached these to the aluminum supports using 8"x5" custom cut aluminum brackets. I purchased them at a local machine shop for $16 and used stainless steel mounting hardware.

                    Pictures 3

I'll have to get some final pictures for y'all after I put the tanks in and laid the bags on top. I placed the perko and switches/fuse box for the pumps on the starboard side near the rear speaker. I didn't want to cut into the dash so this was the perfect place for me to put them. They're still easy to reach from the drivers seat if you need to level the wake while in motion.

Again, thanks for all of your help.
