We replaced the actuator on the Ram-Lin trailer for our '91 and went with this unit from trailerpartsdepot

Steelerguy, post a picture of your coupler and we can then figure out what brand coupler you have and recommend the parts. But, I will guess that you need an Atwood (6000) master cylinder for drum brakes (Atwood part number 85841).

Thank alot, Looks like the Atwood 6000 is the ticket. With a little confirmation I can order it and have some breaks for next weekend.

Yep, it is an Atwood 6000. Looking at that picture, I suggest you also purchase a new fill cap and dust boot (goes oround actuator push rod).

I just got done getting the whole thing. I started pricing it out to rebuild it and it was cheaper to order a new one. That way you know the part that holds the hitch on to the ball is not worn out also. We had a livestock trailer that happened to, let’s just say the cows went for a wild ride!! I think it was around $125 + shipping. I don't have the number right handy. It is at work. The name Quality trailer, out of Kansas City seems right. If yours is rusty like mine was, make sure to flush the break line, and put all new fluid in.
