My piggybacks destroyed my C channels bars holding the divider walls. I added wakemakers reinforcement bars horizontally (engine side) and added an extra pin to the rear top corners. I should have added bottom pins as well and perhaps gone vertical with the support bars on bag side.
Anyone know where I can find replacement aluminum C channel bars and replacement divider walls? I could not find them using keyword search on the nautique parts website.

TO CLARIFY - the trays do not fit with the Wakemaker's Piggyback 650 lb. sacks in a 2014 SAN 230?Originally posted by markj View Post
Looks pretty similar to mine.

I have a wavemakers 750 that was custom fit for my 2008 230. I'll sell it and the hoses for 150.

No the NSS limit is 13 mph. In fact if you set your speed above 13, the NSS settings become unavailable on the screen.Originally posted by charlesml3 View PostDon't your surf tabs retract when you go past 12mph?
One of my boys (twins) likes 12.6 while the other likes 12.3.

I thought I'd need more bow weight, but I surf at 11.5 and my boys at 12.3, which lengthens the wave quite well.Originally posted by lakeeriemonster View PostLooks like a nice fit. Post some video if you can. I still find the boat is best with some mid weight or bow weight. Waiting to pull the trigger on an IBS setup.

I did....however it was at the start of last season and I never switch back to the 1235 for a direct comparison. I DO think it gets on plane better but to me nothing stood out as a "WOW" factor....mostly just bought it as a second prop so I could have a back up and keep my reworked 1235. That probably does nothing to actually answer ur question so my bad there. I really do need to do a day with one prop and switch to the other prop the next day and compare.....to be continued I guess!Originally posted by Jeff88 View Post
Did you ever buy the 2079 prop to try? I still haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

I was thinking of doing this as well...never cruise above 25mph so i could care less about top end.

I can't recall the exact dimensions, but it's not a traditional rectangular shape -- it's a laser-meaured fit designed to use all of the available space (hence "Exact fit"), which allows for 650 lbs of ballast. I was also told that divider reinforcements aren't needed.
I think there are 2 ports on top, and one for the drain/fill.
Hope this helps. I'll post pics when I get them installed. Can't wait.
