    question about nada

so im trying to sell the 93 sport i have and was curios what folks thoughts are of nada as a general rule for pricing? i think im actually pricing the boat low for his condition and simply cuz its a nautique i think it should be worth more for this vintage. but

just curios what folks think about using nada as a guideline?

    RE: question about nada

look around at some of the larger boat for sale websites (boat trader online) compare what others are going for. adjust up an down for condition, hrs and options. its only worth what someone is willing to pay. so you can start high and see what shakes or you can low ball it and sell it faster. i choose to set it a little higher if its nice and judge by the amount of phone calls i get on it. If no calls drop it a few bucks then when the phone traffic starts to pick up thats when you have it priced right and it will sell. good luck

      RE: question about nada

I hate to say this for fear of getting flamed, but it is hard to get prices from a nautique website because people on those sites think their stuff it worth gold. It is the same way on the mustang website I am on. It is a decent place to get and idea but is typically high. FYI I have a 93 sport and I bought it for 14.5k it was really faded and I took care of that and also had the ignition conversion and 420 hours. Not gospel, but something to go with other research you do.
