How do you use your nautique?

I am just curious how people use there nautiques, and which one they have.

We are die hard skiers, no wakeboarding. We do take all day saturday or sunday with the family, picknic, recreational ski and maybe even tube in the afternoon. My 5 week old daughter seems to really like boating.

Weekdays are for the slalom course!

Well, we have a 2000 Pro Air Nautique. Primarily use it for wakeboarding with a good amount of slalom, some barefooting (new to this), and tubing for my cousins and family. Occasionally just to take some of the older generation for a ride around the lake in style.

2000 Pro Air Nautique - all black top and bottom with cream \"N\" logo. One of the first all black gelcoated boats in recent history I understand.

As a floating cooler, that sometimes gets wakeboarded behind.

We do about 70% slalom, 15% trick, 15% barefoot. I have a fly-high for barefoot and trick, and boom for everything. We're riding the HO Mach-1, good ol reliable stick. Hope to move up to something new for christmas. Go out at least once a week.

Unfortunately, the slalom is mostly free-skiing. No courses in the area worth mentioning.

99.9% Wakeboarding, 0.1% Tubing. Tried slalom, but it's no use with a v-drive. Tubing is for the fat chicks (ballast) that want to get in the water
Just joking. Bought it with 68 hours a year ago, currently have 355.

The muddy maumee river in Grand Rapids Ohio is where we ski. I would ski in muddy uncrowded water over clear over crowded inland lakes any day.
I would estamate 60% of the boats on the maumee river are nautiques. I think that is pretty good compared to other places I have been.

                  70% wakeboarding
                  10% kneeboarding
                  10% sky ski
                  5% slalom
                  5% barefoot
Pulling a tube behind a nautique is like sleeping with a fat ugly girl. "its fun to do until your friends find out."
The rest of the time is spent just cruising the river.

Gotwake- Likewise for the floating cooler! It's funny how good a cooler can pull boarder and skiiers, and has a great wake as well.

our '98 air nautique is used mainly for wakeboarding and the occasional tubing mission when the lake is blown out and people feel like getting hurt. plus its perfect for going to pick up pizza and keep the neighbors up with whatever music we want the whole lake to hear... gotta love us

We use ours a lot for therapy also. We have a 2 month old girl and she is really relaxed when we are out. That relaxes us! It has cut down on our skiing a lot this year but that is ok.
