Out of all the years I think this might be the year fuel starts going missing in the middle of the night. I have a 2017 G23 with the flip down fuel caps. Are there any locking fuel cap replacements out there? Or is there an anti syphon gadget you can put in the hose?

Might be able to add something like this to the fuel filler line - https://www.amazon.com/s?k=fuel+fill...+siphon+device
Not sure a locking cap would help. My experience has been that it just means the bad guys hack up more stuff while trying to get what they want. Loosing the fuel seems cheaper than broken gas caps and cracked fiberglass from the prying.2004 206 Air Nautique Limited - Black with Vapor Blue (family style)

Valid point, didn't even think about that. These were popular back in the day for boats. The spiral wire would stop a hose from going down the fuel fill but still allow the gas to flow freely and you didn't need to carry a key that could get lost or fall in the water. The issue with locking caps is that most of the fittings these days are plastic and could easily be twisted off with a pair of Channel Locks. Even when they were metal someone determined will break off the cap and probably destroy the gel coat around the cap.
The only place I could actually find these was on Flea bay.
