I need a little assistance from anyone with a 220TE, preferably with the full throttle package.

My 08' sante with full throttle shows a part number of 80093S-OBS

The only comparable windshield available is for 08-09' sante 220 with full throttle package, part number 80094S-OBS

The parts look identical online but have different part numbers. Maybe it's just a model year number change but idk for sure. I do not have a 220 to get some basic measurements off of so I'm asking if someone out there with a 220 would be willing to take some rough measurements for me so I can compare them to my windshield?

    Thank you

As promised, I'm here to share my results. I had to take a leap of faith on this one since no one had my windshield in-stock. I purchased a windshield wing for an 07' SAN with hopes it would be the same windshield.... and it is, almost.

The frames are completely different as Jeff previously stated. I had to disassemble the original frame as well as my windshield frame. I've had a little glazing experience in the past so the task wasn't too difficult. I had to use a lot of soap and water with a plastic prying tool to get the vinyl seal to loosen up on the 07' wing. This took some patience and a fair amount of time as too much pressure could break the glass. I was careful not to expose any corners, leaving the rubber vinyl in place when I could.

Cleaned up all the original vinyl and set the new glass in the original frame. The rubber vinyl is "C" channel so once it grabs the windshield it does not move. I used some calcium based synthetic lubricant on the aluminum channels to help the rubber vinyl slide in place. The lubricant also helps keep the vinyl fresh, pliable and is non-deteriorating.

The windshield is currently installed back on the boat... she's a little dirty but I'll get some pics up this season.

Happy to assist with any questions.

      LET'S GO SUMMER!

Congrats on the fix! Appreciate the followup post.

Did you purchase new or used glass? Where did you source it from?

Thanks. I purchased the 07' SAN 210 wing from Nautique Parts. After talking with them it sounds like a lot of NOS goes to them when mfg's / dealers are done with inventory. There was bubble wrap on the wing frame that looks like it has been stuck there since 07', so I assume the glass is new.
