Several high altitude props are listed on the acme site as possible options for the 2022 G23. Any recs on which one to choose? I’m on Lake Norman in NC so not at elevation but have the additional ballast and plan to weight up beyond that. I don’t care about top end just working on the biggest wave possible. TIA

I loved our HA Prop on our '16 G, torquey bugger, running between 3000 and 5000 feet elevations.
What power plant are you running?
With the ZZ8, and full ballasts, it still rips out of the hole with the stock prop. I may grab a HA Prop as a spare backup, when I have an extra grand lining my pocket.
A quick call to OJ Props (site sponsor) and they will dial you in. Let's us know what you find out.
BasaltRMK is running at some pretty decent altitudes. Bob you still running your stock prop?

Scooter G - still running the stock prop from the factory on the ZZ8s at 8,000'. It does so well all around, don't anticipate needing to change. But I should contact Acme and OJ to see if they ever came out with a HA recommendation.
fpjl I did run a HA prop on the G21 with the ZZ6, but that was for high altitude with stock ballast, not the other way around. I've found the folks at Acme are really helpful via phone or email, so I'd recommend reaching out to them.
