That would sound like a smart move but hey, they could go all in and create an even more luxury Pontoon brand. With the way the market is at least here in Michigan and if they're smart, they would be trying to find a way to unwind the ridiculous pricing model corner they've painted themselves into but old habits die hard.

If the past is any indicator, that is what has been the typical move at least 3 times during my boating life. Price yourself out of the market for the true believers, then create a sub-line or brand for the common people to buy. The issue you have is that people don't want to buy "Nautique Like", they want a Nautique. Most (or at least people like me) would rather have a 15 YO Nautique than a budget boat that is loosely associated with Nautique.

Then again, if you look closely at those pictures my bet is going to be they're coming out with an over the top priced Pontoon company.....

I saw my dealer posted they are now certified for Indmar, and there was a Correct Craft logo in the post ♂️

Right on!! Same over here in WI. When the cost per use even when you live on the lake and get out several times per week is over $250 a pop just for the boat, not to mention, gas, maintenance, lift, storage, etc. it is a tough sell on a new boat that will drive that cost even higher. Hopefully Nautique is listening, but until then, I'll be content to let someone else take the depreciation hit and keep buying used boats.

We should have had a survey or contest on what it is/was. I think core-rider beat me out by a few minutes on the first Pontoon Company guess. While I wish them well, I think they've missed the timing on the pontoon market. 2 years ago you couldn't find one, at the boat show a couple weeks ago everyone still had 2024 models available with a sizeable discount.

I'll be interested in seeing what they've come up with, but it seems like the pontoon market is very saturated. Another 300+ HP, high-end pontoon? Great.

Probably is a pontoon surf boat but I really wish Correct Craft would take the Parker brand and manufacture a center console wakeboat. I think it would be a home run and more versatile then the tranditional wakeboats.

When you click on one of the pictures it says, "This is not your average pontoon" so 100% pontoon. I agree that the timing might be poor for entering the fancy pontoon market.

I guess there's a market for a $250k pontoon boat...500R Mercs=$73k, looks like a telescoping tower, maybe $20K? Fiberglass fence and windscreens... you get the picture!

In terms of a tow pontoon (or deck boat), I thought CC owned Montara boats already?
