Townsend actually does quite a bit more than this video might lead you to believe. If you have technical questions, he's the one who gets on the phone and answers them. He's been part of White Lake Marine & Nautique Parts for a long time.

Only complaint I have is sometimes they are too successful for their own good. Nobody answers the phone you get told to leave a message and they will call you back.Days later no return call. They are excellent when you can get through. They would be my #1 but when they don't answer I just hang up and try somewhere else.

Right there with you,had it happen too. Too many places to get stuff without having to put up with that,10% is not going to make me jump through hoops. After a certain someone left N3 they have started that as well.

Hey guys, Im truly sorry for any issues you have had in getting up with us. It is tough sometimes with the limited staff we have. The trouble I have is finding help that has knowledge of the boats AND is willing to live in rural NC. If you guys ever have any troubles, shoot me an email to support@nautiqueparts.com. I think they do an incredible job. They might not answer right away but Townsend has always personally returned my calls and emails within 24 hrs. He is right. Good help is tough to find anywhere these days. One of the main reasons I own a nautique is because of their website where I can find whatever I need. The nearest Nautique dealer is 7 hours away from me and probably won’t have what I need anyway. NP makes it really easy for us guys in the boondocks.

They have been a huge help to me the past two weeks. New to me Nautique owner and needed parts. They made a parts list for me and I ordered and had it in a few days.

NautiqueParts has been great to me as well - answering any questions I've had pretty quickly. One wrong item delivered, but they corrected it immediately (Come on Townsend! ...jk)
I will say.... and it's probably just a result of how spoiled I've become - that it bugs me a little bit that they don't offer free shipping after a certain price point. It just seems to be the standard now when shopping online. I've probably ordered $500 worth of replacement maintenance items online this past month, and about half of it has come from Miami Nautique International - simply because they offer free shipping over $100. Like NautiqueParts, their website is very detailed and user friendly - and they've also been prompt about answering questions.
For something like my steering cable - NautiqueParts after PND discount and shipping cost is $210.05. The same cable from MNI to my door was $184.99.

Something else I like about these guys is they dont completely dismiss us folks that like the older boats. Some dealers can't be bothered if you dont come in the door to buy a new $120,000 boat, but WLM realizes the benefit we bring to the brand. For many years they hosted spring gatherings that catered to us old boat folks and went out of their way to make us feel appreciated.
