Looks nice on the water. Definitely looks different with the standard wrap around windshield.

Gotta be full ballast as the platform is even with the water. They wouldn't have it sunk with ballast full. Looks great on the water IMO!

I think the boat looks sick on the water! However, until we test it, the G has the best wake in the world. Bottom like is function. What do the wakes and waves do for us. I hear the supra SL might be as good or better than the G and save 30 to 40 grand. Have to test it as well.

I came from supra and loved it but I'm not hearing the same thing. The SA was as close to the G as I've found.

New star looks good to me.
Its kinda like an X23 Plus size,
I like the way MC look, had quite a few.
I did not buy my Current G for its exterior looks though....

Ok. Seemed like you were bashing MC build quality, and with 10 MC's and 5 Nautiques under my family's belt, my opinion is they're both rock solid. My buddy's Axis flexes as you describe, but I know 3 guys with X/XT models and they don't flex at all. You're right though, I have no dog in this fight.

The new star looks sick(im biased though as I just love all boats). Glad they came out with the new star already. Been watching the live videos all today on FB and the wake does look good, but not G level from what I can see on these live vids. Time will tell once we see some good photos or HD closeup vids of the wake. But so far from what ive seen, the G is still the heavyweight champ of the world.

we are comparing wake specific boats not ski boats. Glad you are enjoy the ski wake, I am not going to get into a pissing match but I have been apart of this industry a very long time and seen how all the wake boats have evolved throughout the years. Maybe brainwashing was the wrong statement but as far as I am concerned and proven, the tower shake would really bother me and the flexing of the hull in the MC product. Hopefully that has changed for 18 but I have yet to see any one not do this I have walked up to.
