SANTE 210 - will 1100lb sac fit in rear lockers?

'10 SANTE 210. Currently have 750s on top of stock hard tanks in the rear lockers. Thinking about removing hard tanks and going with a single 1100lb Fly High sac on each side. With my current set up I'm having to babysit each bag while it drains to prevent sucking the hard tank flat and bending the sending unit. Will the 1100s fit and can I fill them completely? Current setup is 2000lb in the back, 1100 up front and 400 on the port side for 3500 total. Using a suck gate too our surf wake is great!

I have dual 1100's in mine. They fit perfectly. Also did a complete write up of how to remove the tanks if you search my screen name. You'll want to buy (4) giant cutting boards from Walmart because when you remove the tank there will be a small void in the floor where the tank locked in.

Its pice of cake tho and if you surf well worth it

that void you mention is also perfect for dropping in a few bags of lead.

If you are having trouble venting the bag/hard tank combo, all you need is a small piece of perforated hose that runs in-between the fill and vent on the bag - that will ensure air can always pass through. I used 8mm nylon braid hose on my bow tank, and it works perfectly.

I tried the small hose and it worked so well the sac lost most of its water through syphoning. This was before I put a ball valve on the vent line which I close after the sac is full. I'll try the 1/4" hose again. I never have a problem with my bow tank which I have overflowing into a sac in the centre locker which in turn overflows to an integrated bow sac. Just the rear bags getting sucked flat.

Hutch what is your current setup to get that wave? Are you saying you have 3500lbs total or that you have 3500 on top of the stock tanks? Looks great

              My current setup is

750s piggybacked onto 278.5 stock hard tanks in rear. Assuming they only fill to about 700 each thats 1700

370lb tube sac piggybacked into ski locker off 349 belly tank overflowing into a 725 integrated bow sac. I figure the belly sac fills to about 300 the bow sac to 600. So about 1250 total.

150lb fat brick on the floor in bow, soon to be replaced with lead under the IBS.

370 lb tube sac under port seats which probably only fills to 300 bc of the battery.

So total ballast surfing approx 3400 lbs. We run less with more people in the boat, usually just two adults and two kids aged 10 and 12. The absolute best port surf wake we have achieved was the 3400 plus a 220lb buddy sitting in the port corner. Ive run with 7 adults on the boat with the 3400 and it wasnt necessarily better. The 210 is so sensitive to weight and where you put it. For wakeboarding having someone move just 12" can wash out or clean up the wake.

Oh and we use a homemade suck gate. This is critical.

From what I know the 1100 do not fill completely. However on my 08 if I ever redo my set up I will remove hard tanks and use 800s. Right now I have the hard tanks with 400s on each side. Stock belly and another 300 LeadWake bags that I move around. It provides a really good wave with at least 2-3 pumps to get to the back of swim deck. Yes suckgate used as well. 4 people on board helps. There is a point that too much weight kills the push as wave becomes too steep.

Yea I have bent some sending units before I guess was from sucking the hard tanks flat. I wish there's an easier way integrate extra ballast bag pluming.
