Do not use magic eraser, worst thing you can use!! Try ZCare vinyl cleaner or Totally awesome from the dollar store, use a soft bristel brush to really clean it. Follow up with a good coat of 303 protectant

I've had a similar problem and just clean as best I can with a bristle brush and soap. If it doesn't completely come out, it'll usually fade with some sun exposure that you're normally going to get during usage. I generally don't try to attach stains too hard because I'm afraid of compromising the pigment.

I've used goof off for sap and it did the trick without damage or staining.

+1 for totally awesome, brush and let the sun and usage get what's left off if it's still there.

I use x-14 and I haven't found any stains it won't remove, been using on my boat interior's for 4 years, works great on mildew, red wine and an assortment of other stains.....

I agree with the others ...after babes or other cleaners, let the sun do the rest.it will be gone.. in no time .. had a friend leave a wet NEW towel on my 210 seats at lake Powell .. left huge red stains, regular cleaning didn't touch, by the end of day, poof ,all red stains where gone... getting late in season but sun should be still hot where you live,,,,

I use Super Clean and a bristle brush.

if a magic eraser doesn't get rid of it nothing will.
that said I'd never use magic eraser on a boat I was keeping it ruins the invisible protective coating on the vinyl and the sun will dry it out prematurely afterwards.
