Cool! Is there a way to plumb it so you still get hot water and thus, hot air when idling or cruising at idle speed?

Not for sure. I'll let you know after I get it in. Simple install off of intake and water pump. We will see. If it enables me to get another month out on water I'll be happy. The wife and I are pretty cold natures people so we will use it pretty quick.

I had to use that on my Malibu to get hot air at idle. Worked like a dream.

I had some work done on the boat one time and the dealer removed it and rerouted it to the traditional location, thinking he was doing me a favor. I couldn't figure out what had happened to my previously awesome heater at first. I am glad I figured it out quickly. I couldn't help but give him an earful and make him put it back. Luckily it was only a few days later and they even still had the part.

Another reason to work on your own boat.

That is one example of the many things I have learned on forums that some boat dealers do not even know.

If you really want to get good heat at idle, then get the kit with the circulating pump.... I am ordering one next week.
