It is located under the helm behind the fiberglass so you cannot see it.

First place I looked....... I removed the helm access panel and all I could find was the heater. And the pocket door enclosure. There is lots of stuff going on in there so I might not have been able to see it, but it is surely buried if it is in there.

Yeah the dealer and I confirmed it with Steve C. The sub is located under the drivers helm panel. But I still could not find any access to it.....Good thing it is covered under warranty for 5 years!!
