What made that version easier to read? Is it the background colors? Font size? might be able to make some changes if necessary.

Well, now that I don't have the old version to compare to, I can't really pinpoint "why". One thing I do notice is that the posts under each forum used to be two lines with the thread title on one line and the name of the person who posted it underneath and would fit a lot more per-page; now each post has a box around it and by default it shows 10 posts per page. Same as the forum home page, everything is just more "bulky". I'm sure I'll get used to it, but the old version just seemed easier to navigate.

Tapatalk from Windows Phone . The mark discussions read does not work. Nothing gets marked as read.

Yeah, I have noticed that on the iPhone Tapatalk app too. I am working to determine the cause of that.

Ok, I think I have fixed the issue causing the threads to NOT be marked as read -- both in Tapatalk and in the browser. Can someone confirm that this is now working?

Looks like the tapatalk will Mark as read but can't manually check them as read

This is done. I set it to 20, which is similar to the historical setting on the old version of the site.

Actually individually you can check as read but cannot mark all as read at one time

In Tapatalk, right? You can mark them all read in the browser by choosing the Mark Channels Read (red link near the top of the page). I'll play around with Tapatalk and see if I can figure it out. It might be a limitation in Tapatalk. They are set to release a newer version of their product with updates for our version of vBulletin soon.

Just my 0.02 but I liked the feature in the old website that listed the most recent posts first and worked backwards to the original post; last in, first out concept

Thanks to the people who have been helping to test. It is always a process when moving to new site software, but it is worth the headache in the end for greater functionality and security.
