Very nice ride, nice job on colors and contrast. Just enough, it will always be classic looking. Enjoy, its a great boat.

I'd say bad idea to tow with boards in the racks. You are responsible if anythign comes out of the boat and strikes another vehicle. Not to mention with the cost of boards and bindings these days, that's a pretty big loss if they only hit the pavement. Stow them in the truck or in a compartment would be my rule.
Beautiful new boat!

I heard from my dealer that they are no longer installing showers. Does anyone know if they at least left the factory wire harness in the back?

Redelf, their train of thought is: Where's the only place you use a shower? (Swim platform) what has to be on to make the hot water? (motor) what happens when people are hanging around a running motor with the shower on when the boat is not moving? (Co2 poisoning)
I think It's kinda lame that they decided to do it, but I can see why they do. I think they're weary of getting sued again like they did for the open slat swim platforms...
IMO if you're ordering a new boat and have to pick between heater and hot shower: heater hands down! I don't know about you guys, but so far I've used my heater about every outing, and my shower once to make sure that it works. How about \"Chales\"?

In the '06 catalog they have a pic. of the keypad and it's the same from last year. What will the shower button be for...I Nautique, therefore I am.

Dragon, thanks for clearing that up. The ZR6 doesn't take a shower, so that wasn't obvious to me. They should pipe the exhaust up through the tower. Now wouldn't that be something! Might make for a good towel warmer too.
Actually, someone died on our lake a couple of years ago because of CO2 poisoning. A 17 year old sitting on the back of a ski boat without a vest, just lost consciousness, fell into the lake and sank like a rock. So I can understand CC's concern and efforts for safety. My rule: if you're on the back of the boat, put your vest on!
