            JamesHawk,
Did you hear about the new options when you ordered your new G, or are they online (pictures, etc) somewhere?

Nothing but the purest water will enter the bags of a G.

It's for those clams or whatever that are infecting the lakes.

Zebra and quagga mussels... I wonder if that is good enough to get you through the inspection at Powell without the hot water rinse on the ballast tanks. with the hard tanks pulled and the bags dry as a bone they still want to flush the lines. Seems like the lines would still be a question mark, anyone know how close to the intake the filter would be and if they would run just a single intake in these cases or multiple filters?

They are the Mussel Mast'r filters and there will be one filter per pump. Each filter will be placed about a foot from the thru-hull intake.
In certain areas of the country, these filters are recognized by local government/DNR and as long *** the filter seals are not broken, you will not have to decontaminate your ballast.
Of course you will still have to spray off the hull, trailer, and possibly the bilge area, but not having to decontaminate ballast bags will save you 30-60min at the ramp.

I will be adding the filters to my 2014 G21 with video/pics for those who want to retrofit.

Check out wake-worx.com for more info on the filters.
