Hi Jeff,
have you finally have the opportunity to ride the G21 with the 343hp? Or any other trial?
Anybody else can share more G21 experiences? (just to cut with the trailer height non-ending discussion)

I would also like to know if anyone has any G21 experiences, photos etc. I have one ordered for May delivery.

I spent several days in several of them last month. I was in one with a 550, one with a 409, and one with a 343. They all performed fine. The 2:1 V-drive makes the smaller engines perform quite well. We were running full factory ballast and 6 - 10 people in all of them. Please do not PM me directly asking for advice on how to repair your boat. While I would love to help everyone, I simply do not have time to respond to all of the inquiries. Please post your questions on the forum, so that all of our members have a chance to answer.

I didn't really look, but with the big 17x17 prop and the 2:1 V-drive, it wasn't super high or anything. I can probably get the numbers from the factory if you like.Originally posted by Nordicron View PostWhat kinda rpm where you turning in the 409 and 343 at boarding speed? Please do not PM me directly asking for advice on how to repair your boat. Hi Jeff,
Tell us a bit more about the wake compared to for example the 210´s or the 230 you have owned.
thanks

Yeah I would be pretty curious how that combo worked out. My 210 with 3k and a 1235 is at 3400 at 23mph. My buddies star with 3k and a aggressive 15" prop turns 4k which isn't too good for fuel use or motor longevity.Originally posted by NautiqueJeff View PostI didn't really look, but with the big 17x17 prop and the 2:1 V-drive, it wasn't super high or anything. I have a 230 that I load up pretty heavy and the G21 wake is completely different. Very G23 like, size wise. Maybe a little less transition and definitely a steeper lip at the top. Even more effortless to ride than the G23, atleast for me.Originally posted by josemolino View PostHi Jeff,

Nice 9. The wake does not look so big or well defined but it can be the video. Is it bigger than your 230´s?

I think the 450 would be a waste unless you plan on slamming it. Even if you add some extra ballast, the 409 won't be sluggish since the NCRS helps with planing and tight turning.Originally posted by tgregorchuk View PostDo you think the 450 is worth the extra money, or the 409 is sufficient?
It's bigger than my 230 is with 2,500lbs. The G wake is deceiving though since the transition is so much longer than the 210/230, it's hard to tell unless you actually get out in the boat or ride it. The wake isn't as much of a wall like the 210/230. Not to mention it was a windy day and filmed with a cell phone :POriginally posted by josemolino View PostNice 9.
