Hey Guys,
I am not a skier at all. But for my own curiosity, I am interested to know how you can get a 1 1/2 @ xxx off?
I understand the scoring system, but cannot get my head around 1/2 a bouy..???
Thanks - Ken
I was going to write it out, but the below is from the rule book. It depends on where you fall. So, if you got 1 1/2, you got around 2 ball and fell before getting back to the boat guides.
I wonder how these will hold compared to the Paragon.
Here is a comparison for you:
Sold my Paragon, which was the Only one of it's color, for less then half of the original purchase price, boat was 11 yrs old.
At the same time A 93' Ski was selling for approximately 70% of it's original purchase price.
Basically got about 10 more because it was a "Paragon", took almost a year to find a buyer.
Today that boat would probably sell for the same money, perhaps more, while the Ski is only worth about 40% what it sold for new.
Hey Chris, I didn't you owned a Paragon! That's sweet! Wasn't the retail around $50k on that boat back then? I think the Mapple may be on par with the Paragon, as far as retail premium, is what I'm getting at.
