i think the tower looks cheap on that boat. i kinda like the fct3, but that one looks odd. 60k for the 200 is insane. if that's the msrp then ok b/c you can get it alot lower, but still. a 210team after trailer shouldnt run more than 56,000(before taxes); in my opinion that is.

definitely puts a damper on "around the boat" Yellow_Flash_Colorz:Originally posted by east_tx_skierApart from its looks, does anyone else thing that tower might be a problem for the shortliners and the angle of the rope?
But seriously, I think you'd have to be about even with the boat for it to interfere

Can someone get a pic of the tower on the 200 from the side looking at the pylon? It looks like the rope will bend at 38/39.Life long Nautique guy

I'm sure that if your serious about slalom you wont buy the tower. And even at 35 off your even with the boat.Originally posted by SkiTowerdefinitely puts a damper on "around the boat" Yellow_Flash_Colorz:Originally posted by east_tx_skierApart from its looks, does anyone else thing that tower might be a problem for the shortliners and the angle of the rope?

Here's a picture of the boat from the side. Let's assume that the tower is within an inch of the rear portion of the windshield. I think it's going to be a factor with that tower. ICBW, but I think I'm right.

But the discussion is about the tower... Yellow_Flash_Colorz:Originally posted by scokeAndy M. has run 41 off behind the non-tower version several times; at the CC test lake and in Michigan at a clinic. Probably many times more too!
Parrish ran 41 @36 behind it at the CC test lake. Probably other times as well.

SN 200
I spoke to the head of the Regional Promo Team in our area last weekend at our Regional Championships. He has not heard what the promo price will be but heard retail would be mid-50's. That would probably put the promo price around mid 40's. I've loved my 2007 w/ ZO ever since I bought it. I love it even more now.
In addition, the USAWS board is voting to allow 07 boats to pull tournaments next year - even records - if you submit an exception request. The towboat committee has already voted on this and is recommending to the board. My boat w/ ZO should have no problem pulling events at my lake. Considering the number of promo boats that did not sell in 2008 and 2009, I doubt that the 200 will be at 2010 tournaments in large numbers.

RE: SN 200
Joe, I talked to him also about a month ago and he was thinking then that the promo price would be in the $45k range. These things are getting crazy in price.Shane Hill

Probably not. The boom will have to be offset even w/o the tower. With the tower, it will have to line up in that gap and then be tied to the tower so it doesn't break the glass after a wild release.Originally posted by bscottWill a barefoot boom fit between the windshield and the tower?

If "mid-50's" doesn't include a trailer, throw in a couple of options with the trailer, your in the 60's.1998 Ski Nautique
