Its a single piece, made to fit. Not much heavier than a typical cover, although it does catch wind a lot more. Everywhere there is somethign on the tower (clamps, light.etc) the cover is reinforced with vinyl.

It has a rope that goes around the bottom edge with a ratchetting hook. so put the cover on, attach the rope, and pull tight.

The only difficulty I have with putting it on is that you can see from the picture, the boat hangs past my dock, so getting the cover over the swim platform can be a bit tricky. This wouldnt be an issue if it was on a trailer.

I just hook the nose, ball it up, toss it over the tower, then drag to the back. Like I said, I can even keep my bimini up so the boat is good to go. plus it hides my speakers.

Last year, the spiders were so bad every time I went down to the boat the tower was covered in webs, so far with this boat she's stayed really clean.

the only other issue I have is that I wanted to put some flight clips on, but I cant put anything on the outside of the tower that cant be swiveled in or removed easily so I'm trying to rig up some quick releases.

      Awesome cover.

I would love to have a second cover made just for my tower that I could put on while trailering. Shielding the tower from bugs when pulling with a cover would be great.

I have some pieces of pipe insulation that I slip over the front parts. Not perfect, but for about $10 and about 2 minutes they cover about 80%.

Good idea, i am going to try it. My bimini boot is doing a decent job at keeping them off the top. Speaker Sox get the racks, speakers, and mirror.

I had one of these made for my last boat, and it is what I miss not having the most. I did a velcro door instead of a zipper and it worked just fine. I also had velcro loop on the inside which attached to the top of the tower, they heped get eveything in place when I put it on, hook the bow, velcro to the top of the tower, walk around the boat and pull everything down. They should be made locally if possible because that way you can fit it for any racks, speaker or other things. Mine was so tight that I could tow it around town on the boat, and when I moved my racks up 1in, it wouldn't fit under the rub rail below the rack.

There will be another one built next winter.

I'll try to get some pics this weekend, I need to clean it up and get it sold anyway, but I'm having fun with the newer one too much.

I wonder if they can make (or have a pattern already) for a '08 220 w/Titan Tower?? anyone know of someone who does - that with the Tower down, not up - I already have that cover!
