Seating capacity appears to be 12.
In the enlarged drivers picture above, right by the throttle under his arm, you can clearly see the number 12 on the yellow capacity plate and I am pretty certain on my 211, that number is 9.2021 GS22 - Lovin every minute of it

Other observations compared to the 211:
1. Removable rear bench replaced by a new built in seat (presumably with storage underneath it)
2. Pop up pylon
3. Enclosed area by drivers feet now "opened up" - that is where I mount my fire extinguisher. Possibly also storage under dash - is that a latch on the starboard side walkthru in picture #6?
4. Due to the relocation of the garbage can, it is likely the starboard side step (where the garbage can used to be on the 211) is no longer.
5. Smaller and higher up rear external engine vents - lower probability of flooding when surfing!2021 GS22 - Lovin every minute of it

Is that a black on black platform? Pardon my ignorance, but are platforms colorcoded or black rubber on white fiberglass?

Why is that funny? They're focusing on the family and the fact that the boat can be used for any water related activities.Originally posted by Bigbald_SPLASH180kind of funny that they got a tube hooked up to that boat....2001 Air Nautique

I don't think it's about a particular model, I just believe that's the marketing approach by CC. Go after the familes, not the hardcore wakeboarders, because that's where the money is at in general.Originally posted by HSHayes might have a good point; didn't I read here a while back that the 211 was being replaced by the 216V?2001 Air Nautique
