In my '03 I run the facory ballast full, Fly High "Wedge" sacs on either side of the engine, Fly High "V-drive" sac in the bow, and about 225 lbs. of weights in the very front storage in the bow.

820 (factory) + 800 (rear) + 500 (bow) + 225 (bow) = 2345 total... 44% front/56% rear. These are theoretical cause the "wedge" sacs don't quiet fill up with vests on top of them. I'd say I'm actually running about 2100-2200 total for 53% front/ 47% rear. I usually have 4-6 people in the boat and all their crap so I guess I'm bouncing all over 3000+ lbs of weight in a given day. ****! Never actually thought about it before... I've got alot of freaking weight.

The sac I have in the bow runs length-wise with the boat... I did set it across the seats and swapped it to get just a little more weight forward. Sorry I don't have any pics, but this makes for a really steep and abrupt wake. I ride between 24-25 mph and 85'... Was riding at 90' and upwards of 25-26 mph for awhile but went back to 85' for more consistancy.

Not really, considering the weight and rope length. Anything slower that far out and the wake washes over, plus riding that far out you feel like your riding slower.

****, Randell Harris is riding at 92-93' and 30-32 mph last I read... Now that is fast!

          210 weight

For all of you guys running the extra weight, Have any of you gone to an aftermarket prop. Ive got an 03 210 te, I usually run the stock 3 tank ballast, 200lbs of lead on top of the rear tanks, and a 600lb sac in the walkway, Anymore weight than this and the boat has trouble planing, Ive tried running the wedge sacs in the rear and throwing the sack up front but the boat will hardly even get up ???

I am running the Acme 1465 and am very happy with it. I am only running an additional 400lbs though.

From a previous post... I think this prop is great for boats that are not heavily sacked out. It planes much faster and only runs about 300 rpms higher at wakeboarding speed than the stock prop that came on my SE. I wakeboard at 21.5 per the PP and the rpms are about 3100. I may have lost 2-3 mph at WOT but I never run that so it doesn't matter to me. I haven't noticed any change in fuel consumption either. I usually get 8-10 hour off a full tank.

              RE: Re: 210 weight

I didn't change props till this season. I was running the factory 536 and moved to the 644. I haven't really noticed any difference and wish I had gone to a 1465, but I got the 644 even swap for my old one. I never really had problems getting on plane unless I just had too much weight in back. I would just move 1-2 people in the bow and all was good again.
