Yes, it has the rear facing seat. It's got every possible option you could get. I'm not sure of the name of the tower. Anyone help us out here?

It has a FCT1 tower it is the standard aluminum tower . Very strong and very popular.

And 7% is about as good as the rates get in the current market, and that is with great credit.

About $525 a month for 15 years with a 10% down payment is a closer estimate.

BTW, I was quoted 6% on a 15 year loan last month. I'm not sure about how much you have to put down though.
