    1988 Ski Nautique 2001 For Sale !

I hate to do it but I have decided the sell my 88 Ski. I bought it in 1997 w/ 760 hours on it. It has 2020 now,and in My Opinion hours don't hurt if it's been maintained well and this one has.In 2001 I had the Tranny Rebuilt. In 2000 I had it wet sanded buffed and new deacls put on. In 2002 I took all the interior out had it recovered, reresined the floor, and put new carpet in. My friend got a SAN in 2001 so it hasn't had much use since, and now I have bought a SAN, and haven't used it much at all, so I hate to see it set there and go bad, and it's hard to use 2 boats. It comes with a 4 blade, and a 3 blade prop. 10' Pole, and Board racks. I had Auto Acustics install 2 Boshwich amps, 4 6 1/2" and a 12' sub under the dash in 2000. It's a must see to appriciate, it looks like new, and has always been in a garage, never been out in the weather. I'm asking $13,000. ask for Mike 919-818-2974. glasg005@mc.duke.edu. It's located in Mebane, NC.

This boat is the nicest 2001 I've ever seen, always maintained, super clean and super mean sounding! this boat is going to make someone very happy.

Thanks..... Yeah trust me I been debating this since well before Christmas. I had knots in my stomach writing the post. I love this boat, and I thought I would use it more than I did after I got the SAN, but I used it 3 times last year. So I would rather see someone get some enjoyment out of it like I did.......

BUMP.... Installed some new lights on the trailer, New Impeller, and a Fresh Oil Change Today. It was in the 70's here all week time to ride. I'll take a few more pics tommorrow. Oh and I forgot it has a white bimini top that goes with it also.

Can you post a pic of the dash, specifically the heater controls please. I plan to add a heater to our '88 next winter. Thanks!

Hollywood. Sure I'll attach some pics when I get home. You could probably find a better switch to control the fan than I have. It's just a silver push/ pull button. It looks like it came from the 80's..... : ) I'll get some pics of the connections that I can get to also.

Hollywood. Heres a few pics of the heater. The red knob on top is where the hot water is fed from the intake. Then obviously it goes under the dash to the core and blower then back to the return and I have a few pics of those. I also have a pic of the lame blower control button, it's silver on the bottm right of the dash. I tried to get a pic of the core box and blower but you really couldn't tell what it was.

Thanks for the pics, I never would have thought to put the return line at the U-pipe. Up until a year or so the the return line went into the circulating pump. Do you notice a significant drop in heat (temperature) blowing out the vents at idle vs. up to speed? Heater return lines are now hooked up via a Y-pipe before the RWP to help pull more water through the core at lower RPMs. I'm wondering where the U-pipe hookup compares to the circulating pump and Y-pipe.

Ya Know, I haven't really paid any attention to where it hooks up till you said something, I looked on my SAN and it does come back to the RWP. I haven't paid any attention about how much hot air blows out the vents either. The core actually busted one year and I just plugged the return till I could find parts and I don't think I noticed a differance in Temp. It would make more since to put back to the RWP to get the hot water on out. I didn't think they had heaters from the factory back then, so I was surprised it had one on it when I got it.
