Looks like you've thought this out pretty well. Have you by chance created a schematic/wiring diagram of how you plan to implement all the components? While the list looks well thought out and comprehensive it's tough for me personally to picture where everything is going without a diagram. It would probably be nice to have a few years from now if/when you need to troubleshoot anything.

BATTERY & SAFETY SYSTEM (Engine Compartment) Grounding & ACR Layout
      1. Common Ground Link: Connect Starting Battery (-) directly to Duracell House Battery (-) using 1/0 AWG Black Cable.
      2. ACR Ground: Run 14 AWG Black Wire from the Blue Sea ACR ground terminal to this common ground.
      3. MRBF Fuse Block: Bolt the Single MRBF Block directly onto the Duracell House Battery (+) post. Install the 125A MRBF Fuse here to protect the ACR charging line.
      Battery Switch Routing
      1. Starting Battery (+): Connect to Stud 1 on the Dual Circuit Plus switch using 1/0 AWG Red.
      2. Duracell House Battery (+): Connect to Stud 2 on the switch using 1/0 AWG Red.
      3. COM 1 Terminal: Outputs directly to the boat's factory helm/engine harness.
      4. COM 2 Terminal: Outputs directly to the new audio system.
      Main Power Run
      1. Main Breaker: Mount the Blue Sea 200A Circuit Breaker within 7 inches of the COM 2 terminal.
      2. Trunk Line: Run your main 1/0 AWG Red Power Cable from this 200A breaker out to the amplifier storage locker.
POWER & GROUND DISTRIBUTION (Amp Locker)
      Power Path (Red Cables)
      1. Main 1/0 AWG Red enters the Wet Sounds WWX-Fuse Block input.
      2. Install two 100Amp Mini-ANL Fuses into the WWX block slots.
      3. Run 4 AWG Red from Output 1 to the Kicker KX800.5 (+12V) terminal.
      4. Run 4 AWG Red from Output 2 to the Wet Sounds Sinister SDX2 (+12V) terminal.
      Ground Path (Black Cables)
      1. Main 1/0 AWG Black enters the large input port of the Stinger SHD20 Block.
      2. Run 4 AWG Black from Output 1 to the Kicker KX800.5 (GND) terminal.
      3. Run 4 AWG Black from Output 2 to the Wet Sounds Sinister SDX2 (GND) terminal.
MASTER SIGNAL & CONTROL (Dash to Amp Locker)

      EQ Power
      1. Run 14 AWG Red from an un-fused secondary output tap on the Wet Sounds WWX block up to the dash Constant 12V input.
      EQ Ground
      1. Run 14 AWG Black from the Stinger SHD20 ground block up to the dash Ground terminal.
      Remote Turn-On Layout
      Remote In
      1. Run 14 AWG Blue from the head unit's remote output wire to the WS-420BT "REM IN" terminal.
      Remote Out
      1. Run 14 AWG Blue from the WS-420BT "REM OUT" back down to the amp locker. Split it locally to connect to the "REM" terminals on both the Kicker and Wet Sounds amps.
      RCA Signal Routing
Run three separate Kicker KMI7 7-Meter RCA cables together from the dash down to the amp locker, keeping them away from the heavy power wires.
      Zone 1 Tower Output
      1. Connects to: Wet Sounds SDX2 Inputs
      2. Runs to: Tower Speakers
      Zone 2 Boat (Cabin) Output
      1. Connects to: Kicker KX800.5 Ch 1/2 Inputs
      2. Set the Kicker amp input mode switch to "4CH" so this single RCA pair runs all 4 cabin speakers.
      Zone 3: Sub Output
      1. Connects to: Kicker KX800.5 Ch 5 (SUB) Input
      2. Runs to: Subwoofer

I don't know how to create an actual schematic from my phone, don't have a computer. I may swap the MRBF Fuse to a 175a or 200a Fuse
