Removal of Polk Speakers from my FCT3 cans?

Just spent 2 hours trying to figure this out without breaking the speakers. Undid the 4 screws, of which only one seemed attached to anything. Could move speaker grids forward maybe 1/8" to 1/4". That's it. Something is still holding them in. Can someone please share the magic code here? Thank you!

There is an allen set screw that keeps them from rotating.

wakefan There is an Allen bolt on the rear of the can that must be remove to pull the speaker out of the front of the can.
