2019 210 LINC zone issue

New 210 owner, decided to order without factory tower speakers but with premier sound package. After ordering, I decided I would just order the same speakers from a local audio shop and just recently had them install them. I now have a question/issue. Should the zone control for the towers/cockpit/sub show up on the LINC display? Right now, all I see is cockpit and sub on the LINC but on the MM100 head unit, I can control the bow/back 2 pair/towers/sub all independently, it just won’t show on the LINC. Is there something not hooked up correctly or an option/update with the LINC to get this to work?

There is most definitely a separate zone that will show up in the LINC Panoray. On my 230, I have THREE zones displayed on the LINC. Tower, Cockpit, and Sub. Most likely there's a setting in the dealer setup page that needs to be turned on.

Your dealer will have to update the software on the linc for that extra zone control feature.
