Like MLA said i could have looked it up, but i didn't... drilled the 6 new holes and did some cutting which due to access angle required removal of driver's seat. But got it in and happy. Whether it is because its IB or 2 ohm I'm not sure... but it is definitely an improvement, considering the price I found it for I'm happy... good upgrade.
