Also can't really get rid of the trash can. Requirement from the wife + I like that there is one central location for trash that is easily accessible. Probably the number one thing (or maybe only thing) I'll miss from my SANTE 220.

Yeah it wasnt that big of a deal for us because our first boat didnt have a trash can and this boat had this system when we bought it so there was no adjustment. We VERY rarely bring food on the boat when we go out because our river has I think 4 restaraunts that are accessible from the water and the cans normally find their way underneath a seat or in the glove box to be thrown away once we get home.
