PLANETNAUTIQUE is Changing Hosting Providers!

I want to let you all know that PLANETNAUTIQUE will be moving to a new hosting provider. The migration will take a number of hours to complete, and during the migration, posting to the forums will be disabled.

This process will begin Tuesday, August 5, at 10:00 PM EASTERN time. I expect the site to be fully-functional again by the evening on Wednesday, August 6.

This new web host will be more reliable, with a better network backbone and better server hardware.

Looks and works great as always. The only change I have noticed is that there are now only 10 threads displayed on a page and I feel like it used to be about 20? This is definitely not a problem and maybe it helps to increase loading speeds but just wanted to point it out.

Thanks for the feedback! The threads per page was a separate change I made in response to a sponsor request. I don't think it will have any real impact on the usability site, but if I am wrong, please let me know.
