A friend bought a 2000 Pro Air and has it stored in my shop. Two Nautiques are better than one.

It was a chilly first run yesterday. I really need to get some different gloves. My fingers turned blue. Not good! However, it was fun even with the rain and wind. Air temp was 44F and the water was a cool 33-34F (at the surface). Ice was moving and it got a little tricky getting back on the trailer without scratching the boat.

My wife was not very excited. In fact, she was pi$$ed. I think she's now forgotten about my new hydrofoil wing. I didn't bother trying to convince her that this would make her appreciate 53F sunny days.

Regardless, it was great to get out there....plus, the boat ran great. You gotta love these old SN's. What more can you ask out of a 31 year old boat. Believe me, I run mine.....it ain't no trailer queen. Consequently, I end up dumping money into it every year to keep her looking good.

this is complete BS. Typical MN weather.......... now that I have a seriously fun winter hobby, and of course riding in spring, winter, fall, these transitional times, although short, suck extra hard. nearly a 70 degree swing in 8 days......

It sounds like it will be 5 days not 5 minutes. The 10 day forcast has us in the 40s for awhile.
