Anyone into older cars around here it's not a pro touring car but it is a original 1969 Z/28 RS. It is something I like to mess with, thought I'd ask.

To me it's a shame I've only driven a few cars in my life without efi and fancy shmancy computer controlled stuff.

I had a couple of Porsches a few years ago. My first one was a '67 911S. 1967 was the first year that Porsche offered the S model, and it had the biggest engine Porsche offered at the time (160HP). That car was a blast to own, and I sold it in a moment of stupidity. That'll always be for me the car that got away. Here it is with the '67 Volkswagen (which I still have).



I also had a 1984 911 Carrera Cabriolet. It was European spec, so it didn't have a governor on it, and it had other European features like a gas heater and euro lights. That's the car I got rid of to buy my first Nautique. Was it worth it? I think so. I'll have another Porsche someday.

Jeff, first car I ever got to drive on a road racing course was a 911 SC some crazy *** doc from VA let me drive! 18 yrs old!!

my first ride in a 911 was a euro spec 6 speed.. forgot the year...late 90's maybe...once we got in 4th gear the dotted lines turned solid and to honest that was enough for me on the street...that thing would fly...loved it but it was stupid fast..love the '67 volks..

motor is a DZ 302 with a M22 rock crusher 373 posi...if you went to the dealership in '69 this is what you would see minus wheels and the 2 1/2 inch exhaustl

faith, awesome Camaros! Here's my old '67 Chevy C10 pro touring. Slam Specialties bags front/rear, KP Components step notch, KP watts link, 350sbc cammed, vortec heads, Performer carb/intake, BW T-10 4spd, 4.10 posi rear. It was a real fun truck to drive. Ended up selling to buy my 2nd Nautique after a 10 year hiatus from the water. No regrets, but I do miss mashing the gas pedal on that thing.....
