Surf Pockets?

Anybody have a shop near them that will build me some pre-made surf pockets that I could either put on myself, or have a local shop put on? I've been trying to find somebody locally to do it and most of them either don't return calls, want the boat brought to them for at least a month while they figure out what to do, or feel a need to mail my bimini off (?).

I'm happy to pay somebody to do it, and I could even ship the bimini directly to them.

The design I'd like to use incorporates some mesh material to hold the board (and let it dry), plus a strap at the back with some neoprene underneath it to make it a bit more grippy against the board's traction pad.

Let me know if you've got any recommendations. Bonus if they are in NC/VA/MD!
