New to me '02 210 SANTE

Never really saw this part of the site, but did today. New to me in July of '21. 2nd owner. No real changes yet, but I can feel the resto bug coming as the stereo needs help. Got some different tower speakers from someone here, thanks, can't wait to start on that.

    1. It kills my battery, so other than an Alt upgrade, any suggestions as to why that happens?
    2. Did have a new steering cable installed and initial "tune up" at the local Nautique dealership when I brought it home.

Pic 1 from the day I picked it up last year just before the 4th of July.

IDK, guess it depends on how long you're going before the battery dies and what you current system looks like. I have a 16 200V with a JL 600/6 power 4 cockpit speakers, a sub and 2 tower speakers. I run run that system at normal listening levels at the sand bar for hours and start the boat no problem and I have a single battery. I had a similar set up in an 03 MC X2 with the same experience. Either your alt is not charging correctly, your battery is too small or it's possibly dying. If I had the room I'd install a second batter but this boat is just not set up for that. Looks like it could be something on the list of upgrades for you though.
