First G! 2020 G23

Sold our 2019 210 and put a down payment on this 2020 G23! We tried to order a build last minute but heard the factory may be closing any day and it probably wouldn’t make it here by summer. Oh well, we found this one and had to pull the trigger! (or be boat-less for this year. Couldn’t do that!) We’ve never been in a G or surfed behind one so we are STOKED to say the least.

Very nice, congrats! I had been looking at this boat on onlyinboards but ended up ordereing a similar looking G23 in March, hoping to get it in June. I really wanted the grey deck with mocha interior but the wife was set on sahara sand so we'll see how that comes out.

Thanks! Nice, I thought the factory was closed down? There is a nice looking G23 at Tobler Marina in Idaho. Black, gray deck and Sahara interior. It’s gorgeous.

Yes it was lol To be honest, we loved our 210! I made the mistake of looking and checking prices.....that’s where it all starts . The local marina told us there was a guy selling his 17’ G23, with a boat lift, for 110k. I thought that was too good a deal to pass up. Then that deal fell through, after 3-4 months of us trying to sell our boat to buy his. I had a buyer for our 210 and I was worried that if I waited another year I wouldn’t be able to sell it locally (Alaska) We honestly could’ve waited another year before upgrading but I am super impatient..... We had a lot of people on the 210 last summer and it was crowded with all of the gear. Of course there are a lot of other pro’s but that was the main reason.
