Small update. Finally got the new decals dialed in! Finally found the proper Nautique font. Couldn't tell you font name but it's pretty darn close. We went back and forth on revisions and size but the designer nailed it. I wanted something a little special and not completely OEM but still appear OEM from a distance. Went with a domed decal with neutral white interior, gold flake outline to match the gold flake pinstripe on the boat, and zephyr tan shadow to match the zephyr top stripe on the boat. Bottom photo is a comparison of the oem decal from an online listing.

Looks great. Don't know what you have planned for the upholstery but I would embroider some longhorn symbols on the seat backs which would be neat accents to the boat

Great idea. Got big plans for the upholstery. Going Seadek, cool touch vinyl, some new textures, some additional accents. Just patiently waiting for November to show up. There will definitely be some Longhorns in there!
