Picked up my 2019 Nautique G23... I am blown away!

I had originally planned to do a "white-out" design, with all white exterior and interior, and side logo. However, Nautique rep Greg Dick showed me some small, yet critical, differences in the white and frost gray interior colors. I added some black and mojave brown, and ended up with a classy and clean G23.

I have to publicly thank Greg Meloon, Greg Dick and Ron Nace at Nautique Boat Company for making this 2019 Nautique G23 happen! Additionally, I have to thank Derek and Mike at Sun Country Marine and Bob at Sport Boat Trailers for getting my trailer dialed-in with the correct axles, wheels and tires, as well as adding a new front hitch assembly. What a difference!

I chose the Frost Gray. It looks white in almost every type of weather, but it has a deeper tone, and it is not as bright in direct sunlight. Also, it is easier to keep clean than the white. Everyone who sees it assumes it is white. LOL!

I was considering matching the seat boxing color, but Greg also explained the type of contact that the seat boxing area has with people and things in the boat, so I chose black.

Sport Boat Trailers. (SBT) To be honest, I had written these guys off because they would not work with me (through the dealer) to rectify some recurring problems I had. When I discovered that this trailer was 8K max capacity and they still had no solution, I looked elsewhere for a replacement. I contacted a few trailer manufacturers, sent pics of mine with the ladder and handrail, the bow stop, the extended rear steps, and the dual spare carriers underneath. None had an option for the same steps and rails. However, Sun Country stepped in earlier this year and went to bat, and got SBT to do a 180. They rebuilt my trailer to a 10K capacity, replacing the axles, all 6 wheels (4 plus two spares), and the front hitch assembly. Sun Country and SBT really took care of me on this. I have owned 22 trailers that I can recall, many of those being boat trailers from companies like Ellis, Extreme and EZ Loader, and I am thoroughly impressed with SBT's resolution. That is my $.02 on it.

Now, if I could just find a clean, low mileage 2002-2003 Excursion 7.3 to tow it and haul 8 of us to the lake...
