I'm really interested in the total height on the trailer as I'm part way through my shed extension and don't want to make it any taller than it needs to be, I would really appreciate a height if you get a chance please.
I'm also curious about one other thing, How well does the textured grey paint on the tower match the textured grey paint around the front windscreen.?
On the photos I've seen of mine it appears to be a lot darker around the Windscreen. It could just be the photos I have.

I should have those measurements for you by this time tomorrow.Originally posted by wongulla View PostI'm really interested in the total height on the trailer as I'm part way through my shed extension and don't want to make it any taller than it needs to be, I would really appreciate a height if you get a chance please.

I'll take a look at the screen border and tower tonight as well.

I don't see the kinked light post on top of the tower that adds an additional few inches to the height. Maybe it's the angle of the pic hiding it...
Awesome boat! Congrats.
Also the front triangle in the bow (in front of the filler cushion) looks different. Mine is vinyl and cannot be flipped. Did they change this?

It's not flipped in the pic, it's removed and that's what's under it. Been like that for awhile I know my buddy's 14 G21 has it.Originally posted by Kmayotte View PostI don't see the kinked light post on top of the tower that adds an additional few inches to the height. I think it just pulls up and pushes back in. Notice the round rubber grommet in sea deck, there is a little nub or post that's on the underside of cushion that goes in there and locks it down2009 Super Air Nautique 210 TE

Windscreen? Is that the border/frame of the windshield? If you're referring to the frame around the windshield,... it doesn't match the tower grey of my tower at all. It is much darker. It also has a bit of sheen and looks similar to the gunmetal vinyl. Let me know if I'm misunderstanding you on this.Originally posted by wongulla View PostI'm really interested in the total height on the trailer as I'm part way through my shed extension and don't want to make it any taller than it needs to be, I would really appreciate a height if you get a chance please.

Sorry, but I couldn't get an accurate measurement on the height last night (left the lake at 9pm and left the house at 5am for work). I tried putting it in a 12' bay door and there's a little lip at the door. With one tire over the lip I had about 1" of clearance and decided to fold the tower down instead of chancing it. I will get you something more exact within the following week, but on a Boatmate trailer with 18s it's right there. Uncomfortably close and sometimes these doors will sag an inch or two even when they're rolled up if the chain isn't secured. If your door is 12' I bet you could get it in, but you may have to let air out of the tires to do it.

Thanks for looking into this for me. Yes the frame around the windshield and the middle section of the tower is what I was referring to. I was hoping it was going to be a similar colour and texture. (I'm fairly fussy about these things) who knows it might not bug me so much when I'm out in the boat.
So if I make my Shed entrance 12' 6" I should be fine?

Awesome boat.....also...just curious...why not do Grey SeaDek on this boat?? Just think it would match the combo better. To each his own...but from what I've seen on these boats...Blue/Gray exterior looks better to me with Grey SeaDek not brown. I guess that's why they make a lime green Lamborghini.....with brown seats.......lol

12'6" and you'll be money. You might clench up a bit since it'll look so close, but I believe you'd be fine. I'm trying to take her out on Tuesday or Wednesday this week and will be taking her to work where they have 12' bay doors on a much more level surface. At that time I can confidently tell you it's exact height. The grey on my tower doesn't match, but maybe the darker grey does. I think the texture or feel isn't too far off though, but I didn't reall feel it out. I was just observing colors..Originally posted by wongulla View PostThanks for looking into this for me. I went back and forth a lot on this. IMO, it just looks better like this. I google imaged a lot of nautique interiors and felt the grey seadeck made the boat feel really monochromatic inside. I also didn't like the grey seadeck on the grey hull paint above the swim platform. I know it's not for everyone, but I've already had one person on the boat who commented on how much they liked the mocha color. I think the grey just felt too boring with how I designed everything else and I've always liked the mocha over the grey. Probably an "agree to disagree" thing.Originally posted by Kenv View PostAwesome boat.....also...just curious...why not do Grey SeaDek on this boat?? Just think it would match the combo better. I hear ya. Awesome boat with either color. Remember.....when you're in the boat you can't see the outside...when you're outside you can't see in....lol. Have a fun rest of summerOriginally posted by G_WaTT View Post
