Single axel trailers just do not do the boats justice. The dual axel trailer just looks and rides so much better. Living out West I never see Nautiques with single axel trailers but I see so many back East. Is there a particular reason? Or do the dealers out here just spec with dual axel? Nice SANTE though!

I've had this discussion with the some of the dealers. It is apparently a regional thing. Out west, the demand is for tandems. In the East, tandems are apparently the exception. In the end, I'm not sure there is any real logic to it, but trying I'm trying to take a logical view. In the west, we really don't have that many lakes. From LA, it's a minimum two hours, and as many as six hours to decent lakes. From the Bay Area, it's 1 to 1.5 hours to the delta, and more to most of the lakes. Unless you're lucky enough to live on the water, we trailer our boats further, on average. Plus, hey it's CA, we always have to have whatever is biggest, most expensive, etc. whether we need it or not. BKH2001 Super AirComment
