I was told by a friend living in S.A. That you can pay the cops off. Is this true? He said if you get pulled over you can pay them on the spot.

Absolutely amazing. Year round skiing and you look like the only boat out there.

I agree. Got a pylon for boarding and tubing when the water gets bumpy - Also keeps the rope out the way
