FCT 5 on 2007 210!!!!!

Just got this finished up. I'll follow up with better FULL-BOAT shots, but didn't want to wait any longer to get these out! Roswell FCT5 on my 2007 210 that came with the standard FCT.

Much thanks to my hook-up (best left anonymous)!! Weezy at Wavenoize deserves a huge amount of credit for helping me install, re-wiring the beast, and bringing the white theme into full effect!!

Speakers grills and mounting bracketry got treated to white powdercoat.

Install went suprisingly well. It helped to have a forklift and 2012 210 with the FCT5 sitting in the shop beside us. Measured 8 times, drilled once. Aluminum backing plate was a must for protecting the gunnels.

Boat looks crazy without a tower! I couldn't be happier with the outcome, feels like a new boat. Can't believe how easy it is to fold (one person easily).

Well done, it doesn't even look like the same boat. Have you thought about adding chromax to the SAN graphic? The white letters kinda blend in against the silver cloud gel.

I love it! But I'm not sure about $5k kinda love! Looks super though! You probably saved quite a bit of money though doing your own work.

Looks great! Did Roswell paint the tower accent plates orange, or did you do it locally? If local, how did you match up the OC? I ended up taking my boat to a Dupont paint dealer where they "scanned" it with a special camera and then mix the paint.

So you have an '11 or '12 210 now! Great job, and great looking boat! I'm a little biased as my 230 is almost a twin to yours, OC hull is the difference...

I haven't quite decided on the holes. I've got them covered right now, but I'm thinking the "right" thing to do is going to be have them gel'd. The back didn't quite get covered all the way either, so at the end of the season i'll prolly just go get the gel work done.

Roswell painted the side plates for me; however, it's a Sherwin-Williams paint code if I remember correctly and i can get it for you. Weezy at Wavenoize (wavenoize@gmail.com) also has the connect on all of the paints/colors and is local to Charlotte. He does a lot of matching when it comes to speaker cans and stuff.

Sold via the Gear For Sale section of this forum. Flights clips are in CA, Tower, Spinners, Mirror are in AZ.
