    1996 ss

went out this saturday at canyon lake tx, with 20 mph winds and found a cove that was protected and no one around so my girlfriend pulled me while i boarded and had a sick day, had around 1800 lbs of fat sacs and the wake is so punchy!Click image for larger version

Good looking boat. I was looking at a SS for a while last summer. Still high on my wish list.

thanks, it's actually purple, but it is hard to tell in the pics, the back especially because the previous owner had it on a slip and the sun baked the back of the boat, i am having the rear sun pad re-upholstered right now. my friends and i named the boat "The Raven" because its got baltimore ravens colors, lol.

Where are you getting the rear deck done? I got a quote from Nautique Skins for around $400+.. the bow pad was about $195 I think... I need to do most of my seats and deck too.... its turning into plastic... not soft anymore... I will run it for this season and see how it lasts...

the guys at Texas Ski Ranch (Mastercraft) i know how it sounds but they are the only dealer close and the guys there love Correct Craft so it makes up for it, anyways they take all their stuff to Rodriguez Upholstery in Seguin Texas. i looked at some other work at their shop and there was a Sport nautique bow pad ( the back rest that wraps around) and it looked very good so i knew they had my business. Abel runs the shop and he quoted me 350 to do it oem so that definitely got my business! They do a lot of high end hot rod interior work that i looked at when i was there and i was very impressed.
