best SAN 210 ballast setup?

Somewhat new to the surf world, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on ballast and sack setups for surfing. I have a setup that works, A 750 lb and 250 lb tube sack plus stock ballast, but its not the pretty curl I am looking for. Maybe just a different configuration would work.
