    Custom Nautique Wrap

This is a custom wrap design I did for a client for a SuperAir 230. Really pleased with how it came out. You can see more detail pics here: www.dickiejones33.com.

Let me know what you think,

    Chris

Did you wrap the tower as well or is that painted?

I personally could not pull off rockin a wrap like this, but that does not mean its not spectacular. . . Maybe even in the top 3 best wraps I have seen. Great job Chris.

hey thanks for the kind words. I had a lot of fun working on this.

@JWAT - the tower was wrapped with an orange carbon fiber wrap. client was originally going to get all of the accents powder coated black, which would have been really cool. but in the end he went with the orange carbon fiber look.

@wake_fun - i was only responsible for the design work, but the wrap is just like any other full wrap out there. with the opportunity to do a full wrap, i started from scratch sketching both sides out before moving to the computer. that way I can say that all of the work is custom. the only exception was the logos and the front plaid pattern supplied by the client. i also do not use out of the box fonts in my work. i either draw custom letters or base the letters off of a current font.

this is the original type I wanted to use: http://dickiejones33.com/bookoflions...ype/type_1.jpg. client choose the current one.

i would love to do more wraps whether they are this intricate or not.

if you want to see more there are a ton of pics from the photo shoot here: http://relmone.com/nautique/

              thanks again everyone!

@wake_fun - the wrap took under a week to apply as far as I know. it was a local company.

the art process from concept to wrap took just over 2 weeks. it was a very tight deadline considering my schedule and everything involved in the graphics, but i'd do it all over again. it was worth it.

i'm really stoked you guys like it.
