Chump, I give you props for posting your boat here in the first place. But I still have to admit I really like the new style with the forked bow, or the "Bat Boat," as I like to call it better. :lol:I Nautique, therefore I am.

This was at Lake Tahoe this summer after a violent wind storm. The owner was a neighbor. He hired the local salvage guy to pull it off the rocks. He tied a 300 foot 1 1/2" rope to it and started to do slingshots with the salvage boat. It was pulling off the rocks fine until it hit a big submerged rock. Tha rudder, prop, strut, and shaft were all toast I think the estimate was around 10K for repairs. Interestingly enough the other neighbor tied up to his bouy the next night and ended up on the same rocks. He took 3 inner tubes inflated them under the boat and slid it back into thel ake. The only damage done was a broken center tracking skeg and some scratches.Nautiqueless in San Diego

McKinney Shores just south of Obexers. Good Question They thought the storm was over. It tuurns out it wasn't very choppy that night but apparently the hook on the painter was bad. I now only moor with double line.Nautiqueless in San Diego
