yes it is bought it from owner in jax it is now in GA

I live right off Timaquana and Ortega Farms. I used to ride in McGirts Creek quite a bit when I was younger but am boatless right now. Hopefully I will be getting a new boat this season.

It looks like those clamp around instead of bolting through like the Flight Clips do. I am not sure what brand those are but these are the same bolt through design as the Flight Clips:
