    the new 220

well here it is!! im a so stoked about it!!

    fully loaded TEAM---

i will have a complete Wetsounds system installed when it gets cold this winter---allready have it planned out and ready to go!

this boat is a left over 2007 model from california--it has the 08 crest grqaphics, full warranty and is brand new!!! it was a **** of a smoking deal from Buxton Marine!!! it was cheaper than i could have bought a used 06 model and it was the exact color that i wanted!!!

if i could order it and changed anything it wouls have completly gray seats---they are so easy to keep clean, but having 1/2 of them gray helps alot!!!

NO MORE BLACK TO KEEP CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!

Since you are planning to upgrade to Wetsounds, are you planning on selling your Alpha 2s and stock subwoofer setup? Great looking boat by the way!

          RE: the new 220

Looks great and sounds like a super deal!! I'm still lovin our 220. My wife and I spent another afternoon on the lake today. She has the surfing figured out and I tested my ACL with a little single wake jumping today. Its feeling pretty good and I hope to be 100% next year.

I love these boats. I wish I would have discovered this ten years ago!!

Anyway..........enough about me. Congrats on the boat.......I'm sure you will enjoy it. Let me know how it fits on the Dorsey. Ours seems to be just a little short of perfect. The front bunks don't support the boat as well as our 211 did. I feel the bouncing as we do down the highway.

ranger---i hve been a huge fan of dorsey for a long time--not pleased as much as on this one---with the chrome rub rail i hate to dent it----i think that the "v" under the bow needs to be raised up---i have been talking to phil about it and it needs an inch added---

i will let you know how i get it done and you can get your fixed--

It looks to me like your boat sits lower in that trailer than mine does. I just bought an 06 220 in August and got home and realized that even with the tower loaded it aint going in my standard 7 ft garage door height. Real pisser but I am thinkin on a different trailer it might go. If you get a chance tell me if you think yours would go with tower down. Thanks in advance.

My trailer is a marine master by the way and I am guessing from a previous post yours is a dorsey (SP)?

Bullet, Congrats! Very nice looking boat. Phil at Buxton is great to deal with isn't he. He got me my 05 196 in May and just like you saved me about $4000-5000 over what everyone else wanted. It was even the exact color I wanted, which I couldn't find anywhere else.
